New Video: The Gunman Began Shooting Before Entering the Perm University Building

Timur Bekmansurov, the perpetrator of the shooting at Perm State University, started firing before entering the university building. A video from a car's dashcam circulating on the internet shows that one of the shots struck a vehicle passing near the university building. The driver narrowly escaped. However, he quickly left the scene and did not report the incident to anyone.

Initially, it was reported that Bekmansurov had killed 8 people, including a university security guard, and injured 24 others. Later, the figures were revised, and it was officially announced that there were 6 fatalities.
