18+ Footage: How the Criminal Intrudes into Perm University and Shoots People

A video has surfaced online showing how the perpetrator intrudes into Perm State University in Russia.

It has been reported that an unknown individual opened fire near the university entrance.

The regional Health Ministry has stated that 14 people have been injured and there are 6 fatalities. According to reports, the unknown individual entered the university grounds around 11 AM with a traumatic-type weapon and started shooting in the street.

Some students and faculty members barricaded themselves in classrooms while several students jumped out of windows to escape the chaos. Law enforcement has arrived at the scene, and students are being evacuated.

Later, it was revealed that the shooter was 18-year-old Timur Bekmansurov, who was armed with a Turkish huglu Atrox T pump synthetic 12x76 510mm shotgun.
