VIDEO: 5 Climbers Killed in an Avalanche on Elbrus

Five climbers have died on Elbrus. This was reported by the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Kabardino-Balkaria. Yesterday, while ascending the mountain's peak, the climbers found themselves caught in a strong avalanche and called for help. At that time, they were at an altitude of 5,400 meters.

During the search and rescue operations, 14 climbers were successfully rescued. They are currently undergoing medical examinations.
