Details Emerge on the Death of a Contracted Sergeant

On September 14, 2021, around 14:00, the body of a contracted serviceman and commander of the evacuation unit of the Armenian Ministry of Defense's N military unit, identified as a sergeant, was discovered hanging from a metal wire attached to a wooden beam in a military base workshop.

An investigation is being conducted by the Investigation Committee of the Republic of Armenia's military investigation department. Preliminary data suggests that the serviceman committed suicide. Measures are being undertaken to clarify all circumstances surrounding the incident.
