Tragic Incident in Ararat Region: Body of 44-Year-Old Armed Forces Service Member Found Hanging

On September 14, a tragic incident occurred in the Ararat region, as reported by Shamshyan.com. At approximately 4:25 PM, the police received a call from the Masis Medical Center's emergency service, indicating that the medical duty team had been dispatched to the village of Hovtashat, where they discovered the body of a man hanging at the 'Zinavan 5' area.

Police determined that the deceased was 44-year-old Makich I., a resident of the Aragatsotn region, whose body was found hanging from a metal cable on the roof of a shed.

It was revealed that Makich I. served in the N military unit of the Armenian Ministry of Defense. Following the notification, a team from the 4th Regional Investigation Department of the Military Investigative Committee arrived at the scene, led by the head of the department.

Investigative materials are being prepared in connection with the case.
