Major Car Accident in Kotayk Province: 25-Year-Old Driver Crashes BMW and Rollover

Today, on September 15, a major car accident occurred in Kotayk Province. Around 18:30, a 25-year-old resident of Kotayk, Yuriy Abgaryan, lost control of his BMW vehicle on a 1.5-kilometer stretch of the Kanakeravan-Mrgashen highway under unknown circumstances, crashed into rocks, and rolled over.

According to reports from the scene by shamshyan.com, the driver, Y. Abgaryan, sustained injuries and was transported to the Armenia Medical Center. The emergency services from the Ministry of Emergency Situations quickly dispatched a team from the 13th Fire and Rescue Unit in Davitashen with one combat calculation.

The rescuers disconnected the vehicle from the power supply and, with the help of bystanders, overturned the car, before proceeding with road cleaning work.
