The Head of the CPP Faction on Organizing Celebrations for Independence Day
The government is closely monitoring all statements made by the relatives of the heroes who fell in the war, in connection with the organization of events dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Armenia. This was stated by Hayk Konjoryan, the head of the Civil Contract faction, during a conversation with reporters.
“You know that this year marks the 30th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Armenia. As a state, despite going through a heavy and difficult path and facing the severe consequences of war, we must still find the strength within ourselves to be reborn, to stand up, and to continue the course of our statehood. For the sake of our fallen heroes, we as a society and state must find strength within ourselves and continue our struggle,” emphasized Konjoryan.
According to the deputy, such events will give meaning to our independence and pay tribute to the memory of the fallen heroes who fought for Artsakh, Armenia, and the Armenian people. “And we must do everything possible to ensure that their sacrifice is justified by the strength of our state and the prosperity of our people,” Konjoryan added.
According to the deputy, during this period, the government has not provided any opportunity to think that it is ignoring the memory of those fallen in the war. “We have, honorably, paid tribute, are paying tribute, and will continue to pay tribute to the memory of our victims. It is our duty,” he concluded.
