Fire on the Slopes of Mount Ara: Three Firefighting Units Deployed

On September 13, at 17:14, the Kotayk Regional Crisis Management Center received a report of smoke observed on the slopes of Mount Ara. This information was confirmed by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia.

Operational groups from the Kotayk and Aragatsotn Regional Rescue Departments of the Emergency Situations Ministry, along with three firefighting units, have been dispatched to the scene. It has been determined that underbrush is burning. Firefighting efforts are supported by 20 residents from the city of Yeghvard.
