Minister Causes 6 Million Dram Property Damage to the State in Artsakh; Criminal Case Initiated

Based on a report submitted to the Artsakh Prosecutor General's Office, a criminal case has been initiated on August 27, 2021, in the special investigative department of the Prosecutor General's Office regarding the alleged criminal act of a senior official of the executive authority of Artsakh, a minister, who supposedly abused his official powers in August 2020. This action is believed to have caused property damage exceeding 6,000,000 drams to the Republic of Artsakh and the commercial organization established by the state.

The pre-trial proceedings of the criminal case are being conducted by an investigator from the special investigative department of the Artsakh Prosecutor General's Office.
