Ministry of Defense Comments on Border Incident in Tavush Region

As we reported earlier, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense has announced that a border incident occurred at a border post near the village of Chinari in the Tavush region along the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.

Auroranews contacted the Ministry of Defense, where they denied the report, stating that the Armenian side did not open fire towards the Azerbaijani armed forces. The circulated information is yet another fabrication of the Azerbaijani propaganda machine.
