Defense Attorneys of Arushanyan Submit Motion to Replace Custody with Bail

The discussion regarding the change of the measure of restraint selected against Arush Arushanyan, the head of the Goris community, will take place at the Syunik Regional Court (Goris residence) on September 10 at 10:00 AM, as announced by Arushanyan's defense attorney Erik Aleksanyan on his Facebook page.

“We would like to inform that the defense has submitted a motion to the court to replace custody with bail, as all prerequisites for the release of Arush Arushanyan on bail exist at this stage of the proceedings (the relevant rationale will be presented in detail during the court session),” the attorney wrote.
