Armenian MP Proposes Exchange of Azerbaijani Soldier on 'All for All' Principle

Former Armenian MP Edmond Marukyan has shared a photo of Azerbaijani soldier Jamil Babaev, who is currently in detention in Artsakh, on his Facebook page. He stated, "The Azerbaijani should be exchanged on the 'All for All' principle. This means that the exchange should occur with ALL Armenian prisoners of war currently in Azerbaijani prisons at this time. Other exchange formats, when our ALL prisoners of war have not been exchanged, should not be conducted."
