There Are Grounds for Reconciliation with Azerbaijan, There Always Have Been – Minister of High-Tech Industry

According to Vahe Khachatryan, the Minister of High-Tech Industry, efforts should be made to achieve a dignified peace with Azerbaijan.

This was stated by Khachatryan during a conversation with reporters after a cabinet meeting, responding to a question about whether there are currently grounds for reconciliation.

"These grounds have always existed. From the day Armenia was formed as an independent state 30 years ago, this ground has been there. Today, that ground still exists, and we must be able to utilize it. We must strive to achieve a dignified peace. We must befriend the enemy even in times of war. When the Soviet Union was fighting against Germany, the USSR was already beginning negotiations with Germany at that time," noted the minister.
