Zelensky Ready to Meet Putin at Any Time, Nikiforov

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has repeatedly stated that he is ready to meet with Russian leader Vladimir Putin at any time. This was announced by the press secretary of the Ukrainian president, Serhiy Nikiforov, as reported by Kommersant.

However, the source did not specify whether any preparatory work is being conducted for a potential meeting.

Recall that in April, Zelensky proposed to meet Putin "in any part of Donbas where combat operations are taking place." The Russian leader stated that he is ready to accept his Ukrainian counterpart in Moscow, but not to discuss the issue of Donbas.

In June, Zelensky once again stated that his meeting with the Russian counterpart is "inevitable." In July, the Kremlin announced that no meeting is being prepared.
