The Government Has Compiled a Blacklist of Opposition MPs: 'Hraparak'

The newspaper 'Hraparak' reports that the government has compiled a blacklist of opposition members of parliament and is actively working to ensure their rapid removal from the National Assembly. The focus is particularly on MPs from the 'Hayastan' alliance.

For example, despite certain public criticisms directed towards Armen Gevorgyan by some members of the ruling 'Civil Contract' party during parliamentary sessions, his calm and measured demeanor, as well as his substantive speeches, place Gevorgyan at the top of the government's blacklist. Perhaps the reason is that he is one of the most trusted associates of Robert Kocharian, which already poses a threat to the current authorities.

The next in line is Vahe Hakobyan, the owner of a copper-molybdenum company, about whom Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan does not hide his disdain, while Alen Simonian has even stated, “Vahe Hakobyan will not stay here long.” Pashinyan cannot digest the greetings from Syunik and believes that Hakobyan is the organizer behind it.

Next is Arthur Ghazinyan, who accidentally threw a bottle towards Pashinyan during the war. According to governmental sources, the Attorney General is set to enter the National Assembly soon following Armen Gevorgyan, intending to highlight some offshore deal linked to him and a large money transfer under his son's name as illegal enrichment.

Furthermore, Hakobyan will simply not be given any advance notice, while the third individual will be undermined in a different way.

The other member of the blacklist, Anna Mkrtchyan from the 'Honorary Right' party, has already had a criminal case initiated against her father, Ara Mkrtchyan, the mayor of Kaghsi, under Article 154, concerning bribery of voters and obstructing the election process. However, they are not stopping there—government-affiliated women are openly expressing their intense desire to physically assault the defiant MP.
