Father Magakya Amiryan Passes Away Due to Coronavirus

The Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin regrets to inform that on August 31, Father Magakya Amiryan, a young monk of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin and spiritual supervisor of the Youth Homes, passed away as a result of coronavirus.

His Holiness Karekin II, the Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians, along with the entire brotherhood of the Mother See, deeply mourn the untimely death of Father Magakya and pray for the peace of his soul.
