Zakir Hasanov's Instruction to Provide 'Equivalent Response to Provocations'

The Azerbaijani Minister of Defense, Zakir Hasanov, has instructed to provide an 'equivalent response to provocations' along the border with Armenia and in areas where Russian peacekeepers are stationed.

Analyzing the situation at the Armenian-Azerbaijani state border and within the territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan where the Russian peacekeeping contingent is located, he has ordered to 'immediately respond to the provocative actions of the opposing side,' placing special emphasis on logistics issues.
