According to My Impression, Armenia's Minister of Defense Lives in a Completely Different Reality

Member of the "I Have Honor" faction Tigran Abrahamyan wrote on his Facebook page:

"According to my impression, Armenia's Minister of Defense lives in a completely different reality. I do not know whether he has entered his current role on his own or on the advice of others, but it is evident that the restoration of the army's combat readiness or authority should not start with the creation of an inflated image of the minister. This does not help the situation in any way.

Moreover, the current minister was the military advisor to the Prime Minister before and during the war, the first deputy chief of the General Staff during the Azerbaijani invasion on May 12, and the acting minister during the crisis created on the Goris-Kapan stretch. Not to mention that the Ministry of Defense reports on the same day about intense gunfire in Sotk and the wounding of an Armenian serviceman in Artsakh’s Taghavard, while the Minister of Defense posts videos in a "strong guy" style, showing himself firing from different types of weapons.

As a rule, I respond substantively to issues within my domain, but unfortunately, the behavior of the Minister of Defense compels me to remind him that "muscles should be shown" at the border to deter the enemy and to inflict necessary strikes while restoring the combat readiness of the army and creating a necessary defense system. In all other cases, the exhibited behavior is incomprehensible and leads nowhere."
