Wine and Canned Goods Production Activities Suspended
The inspectors of the Food Safety Inspectorate's Tavush regional center discovered gross violations of sanitary and hygienic norms during the inspection of the Berdavan Wine Factory LLC.
Specifically, the wine production facility lacked changing rooms for its staff, there was no operational restroom connected to the sewage system, and there were no sinks equipped with hot and cold water, handwashing, and disinfection facilities. Additionally, there was no uninterrupted supply of drinking water.
Similar violations were also recorded in the company's canned goods production facility. Furthermore, the storage area for finished products was in such a condition that appropriate care, cleaning, or disinfection could not be carried out.
