The control of communications passing through Armenia should not be viewed solely from an economic perspective but also in military terms. Naturally, the struggle is not just between Armenia and Azerbaijan; we are merely tools in the larger game. It is crucial to understand what issues the main players are addressing and what military strategies they will implement in the event of future confrontations. Right now is the time for positioning.”
