Police Remove Car Without Proper Notice, Claims Resident of 'Fizgorodok' this is Kidnapping
A resident of 'Fizgorodok' has reported that her car was removed without proper notification while police were present. Nune Melkumyan, a Facebook user, shared a video about the incident on August 30.
"This car belongs to me. It is registered in my name. I received two calls this morning, but I was unable to answer. They attempted to tow my car while police officers were present when the developer tried to remove someone else's property without proper notice. This is effectively a kidnapping of property. The car was not towed using the proper equipment," the Facebook user stated.
