European Court Ruling on Armenian Prisoner of War Against Azerbaijan Received: Marukyan

The president of the 'Enlightened Armenia' party, Edmon Marukyan, announced on his Facebook page that the ruling of the European Court of Human Rights regarding the Armenian prisoner of war against Azerbaijan has been received.

“Today, we received the European Court’s ruling on the Armenian prisoner of war against Azerbaijan. According to ECHR rules, Azerbaijan has three months to appeal the decision in the Grand Chamber of the ECHR. If no appeal is made by October 22, it will come into force. If an appeal is lodged, then we still have a battle to fight in the ECHR Grand Chamber as well. I am confident that we will also achieve victory in this case there. Let’s wait for developments,” he wrote.
