We Have Adopted a 'Brilliant' Policy, Are Sevan and Yerevan Next… Will We Negotiate? - Union of Retired Officers of the NSS
The Union of Retired Officers of the NSS has issued a statement condemning the position of the Armenian authorities in the face of escalating security challenges and the new threat of territorial loss.
The statement reads: "We have adopted a 'brilliant' policy; we are negotiating. We have effectively surrendered Artsakh to the enemy; we are negotiating. The Turk has long been within the country's core territory; we are negotiating. Civilian or military individuals are being kidnapped, taken hostage; we are negotiating. People's properties and belongings are being seized and taken away; we are negotiating. The Iran-Armenia interstate road has been closed; we are negotiating. Armenian villages have found themselves in a state of blockade; we are negotiating. Sevan and Yerevan are desired… will we negotiate? It is clear that through endless concessions and meaningless negotiations, we are ultimately destroying our homeland and making the pan-Turkist ideology a reality."
