Negotiations Conclude Today: Kapan-Goris Highway Remains Closed

The trilateral negotiations regarding the sections of the Kapan-Goris highway closed by Azerbaijan have concluded today, but the roads remain closed. Gevorg Parsyan, the mayor of Kapan, shared this information in a conversation with NEWS.am.

When asked about the likelihood of the negotiations yielding results and whether the vital highways closed by Azerbaijan would be opened, Parsyan did not provide any comments.

It is noteworthy that on August 25 at around 23:00, the Azerbaijani side closed the section of the Kapan-Goris interstate road between Karmraqara and Shurnukh.
