Emotional Outburst Occurred... If Closer, Might Have Given a Fatherly Slap: Ohanyan on Throwing Bottle at Sargsyan

"He had no right to speak to me in that manner," said Seyran Ohanyan, a member of the "Armenia" faction, during a live broadcast on H1, referring to the incident that took place in parliament the previous day when lawmakers threw bottles at each other.

"An emotional outburst occurred due to his entire disrespectful attitude toward a whole system. That outburst is proportional; if he were closer, I might have given him a fatherly slap," the MP said regarding Hayk Sargsyan from the ruling party.

In response to host Petros Ghazaryan's question about whether he regretted the incident, Ohanyan replied, "No, I do not regret it."
