COVID-19 Cases Recorded Today

As of August 27, at 11:00 AM, a total of 240,261 COVID-19 cases have been confirmed, of which 225,593 have recovered and 4,796 have resulted in death. Currently, 8,721 patients are receiving treatment for the virus. In total, 1,517,486 tests have been conducted.

In the last 24 hours, 6,383 tests were carried out, confirming 522 new cases of COVID-19. We have recorded 359 recoveries and 11 fatalities.

On the previous day, there was one recorded death where the patient had COVID-19; however, the death occurred due to another illness. The total number of such cases is 1,151.
