Aslanych: "With the Enemy Blocking the Goris-Kapan Road, Releasing Menua Hovsepyan is Essential"

Former prosecutor Raffi Aslanyan writes on his Facebook page: "I have personally witnessed the authority that Menua Hovsepyan, the deputy head of the Goris community, enjoys near the command of the Russian peacekeeping forces stationed in the region. I have seen how individual servicemen of the Armenian Armed Forces attempted to clarify some inaccessible details regarding the border situation through him.

Currently, with the enemy blocking the Goris-Kapan road and the main negotiators being the Russians, releasing Menua Hovsepyan is an urgent necessity, if only to resolve some local issues related to the situation. Otherwise, the authorities will once again demonstrate their incompetent and unpatriotic face."
