Sargsyan to Sue Sukiasyan for Statements Made in Parliament: Lawyer

The third President of Armenia, Serge Sargsyan, will file a lawsuit against the oligarch Khachatur Sukiasyan, affiliated with the government.

"Today, in the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, I am preparing to file a lawsuit demanding the retraction of the obviously defamatory statements made by MP Khachatur Sukiasyan regarding the reputation of the third President of the Republic of Armenia, Serge Sargsyan," stated Sargsyan's lawyer Amram Makinyan.

Recall that today, Kh. Sukiasyan announced from the podium of the National Assembly that "the third president has squandered more than 100 million dollars in casinos."
