Why Armenian Armed Forces Units Have Deployed to Russia

As part of the "International Army Games 2021," Armenian armed forces units have traveled to the Russian Federation to participate in the "Elbrus Ring," "Tactical Shooter," "Midday," and "Master-Craftsman" competitions, as well as the "Army of Culture" national cultural festival, along with the opening and closing ceremonies. The units will be in Russia from August 20 to September 5, 2021.

Additionally, representatives of the Armenian Armed Forces will depart for the Islamic Republic of Iran on August 30 to participate in the "Master-Craftsman" competition as observers.
