This Road Section Will Be Closed Until August 29

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that there is a closed road in the Republic of Armenia.

From August 16 to 29, the Vanadzor-Alaverdi highway will be closed at approximately the 35th km, near the railway station known as "Kober," due to reconstruction work on the railway embankment.

Drivers are advised to bypass this section using the Odzun-Stepanavan road.

According to information received from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia's Emergency Situations Department and the Crisis Management Center of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in North Ossetia, the Stepantsminda-Lars road is open.
