Shooting Occurs at Kabul Airport

On the morning of August 23, a shooting took place between Afghan security personnel and unknown individuals, resulting in the death of one Afghan security officer. This was reported by the Bundeswehr on its Twitter page:

“This morning, a shooting occurred between Afghan security forces and unknown individuals near the northern entrance of Kabul airport. An employee of Afghanistan's security forces was killed, and three others were injured,” said the statement from the German armed forces.

It is confirmed that German and American soldiers were also involved in the shooting, but none of them were injured, TASS reported.
