Nikol Pashinyan Congratulates on the 31st Anniversary of the Declaration of Independence

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has delivered a congratulatory message on the occasion of the 31st anniversary of the adoption of Armenia's Declaration of Independence. The message states:

“Dear citizens of the Republic of Armenia,
Today marks the 31st anniversary of the adoption of the Declaration of Independence of Armenia. That historic document, adopted by the Supreme Council, marked the beginning of the process of establishing independent statehood for our country and people. This document was based on the unyielding will of the Armenian people to have an independent state.

Over the past three decades, we have gone through many trials, faced successes, as well as difficulties and failures. It is crucial to emphasize that our will to have a strong and sovereign state remains unwavering, and this will must be reflected in our daily work to establish and strengthen statehood and state institutions.

We are representatives of the generation that adopted the Declaration of Independence, and this is a historic mission for us to overcome the challenges, strengthen the foundations of our statehood, enhance its international reputation, increase investment attractiveness, and foster unwavering civic responsibility and trust in the state. This mission imposes a special responsibility on each of us.

I congratulate all of us on the 31st anniversary of the Declaration of Independence of Armenia.”
