I Will Not Be Silenced, Nor Should There Be Doubts About My Professional Skills, Charchean Will Be Free: Erik Aleksanyan

During my entire legal activity, for the first time today, I have personally taken my client and presented him to the penitentiary establishment. This was stated by lawyer Erik Aleksanyan on his Facebook page, referring to the escort of 'Armenia' alliance MP Armen Charchean to the detention center.

"I want everyone to clearly note one thing—nothing has been forgotten and nothing will be forgotten. I will not be silenced, nor should there be doubts about my professional skills. Armen Charchean will be free," wrote Aleksanyan.

It is recalled that the Court of Appeal has granted the prosecutorial appeal against the decision to release Armen Charchean on bail, overturning the decision of the first-instance court and maintaining the measure of pretrial detention against Charchean unchanged.
