Armen Charchyan to Be Arrested

The former director of Izmirlian Medical Center and MP from the Armenia faction, Armen Charchyan, will be arrested. The Court of Appeal, presided over by Judge Rubik Mkhitaryan, upheld the prosecutor's appeal against the decision to release Charchyan on bail, overturning the ruling of the first instance court and maintaining the pre-trial detention measure against Charchyan.
