Accident in Yerevan: Mitsubishi and Opel Collide, Opel Turns Over

Today, on August 20, a severe car accident occurred in Yerevan. This was reported by Shamshyan.com. Around 12:40 PM, an Opel Astra and a Mitsubishi Grandis collided in front of the 'Flash' gas station on Hasratyan Street.

As a result of the accident, one person was hospitalized with injuries. The first responders were the employees of the 'Flash' gas station, who managed to turn the overturned Opel onto its side and extract the driver. The gas station manager, Arman Khachikyan, provided first aid to the injured person until the ambulance arrived.

After the paramedics provided initial medical assistance on-site, the injured individual was transported to the hospital. The police are investigating the identities of the drivers and the injured party. Meanwhile, the patrol officers in the area are increasing their presence as some sections of the road have been closed due to the accident.
