27-Year-Old Charged for Stabbing Two Brothers

The investigation into a criminal case concerning the intentional infliction of serious bodily harm to two individuals has been completed by the Lori Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee.

It has been established that on February 26, 2021, at approximately 09:20, a 27-year-old man inflicted injuries with a knife on a 58-year-old resident of the Lori region during a confrontation that arose from previous disagreements near one of the buildings on Gr. Lusavorich Street in Vanadzor. Subsequently, the same knife was used to intentionally stab the brother of the victim who attempted to assist him, thereby causing serious harm to their health.

With a sufficient combination of evidence gathered, charges have been brought against the 27-year-old under the first point of the second part of Article 112 of the RA Criminal Code. The preliminary investigation has concluded, and the criminal case has been sent to court with an accusatory conclusion.
