Over 200,000 People Protest in France

Over 200,000 people are protesting in France against the "health passes." This has been reported by Interfax, citing the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

It is noteworthy that since August 9, special QR codes have been implemented in France, confirming that users either have a negative result from a recent coronavirus test or are vaccinated. Citizens must have these certificates to access public transportation, visit restaurants, cafes, shopping centers, museums, concerts, and other public venues.

The new law has sparked widespread discontent among the residents of France, leading to a series of protests. Last week, 237,000 people participated in the demonstrations.
