Masked Robbery with Weapon-Like Object in Kapan

The investigation into a masked robbery has begun in Kapan, under the jurisdiction of the Investigative Committee of Armenia, specifically the Syunik Regional Investigative Department, led by Senior Investigator Safaryan.

According to reports from shamshyan.com, the criminal case was initiated following a report made by resident Syuzanna G. on August 13. On that day, she alerted the police that around 14:25, a masked individual entered her gold jewelry store located at address 1/A Hunan Avetisyan Street in the city of Kapan and stole a significant amount of gold jewelry using a weapon-like object.

In response to the alert, the head of the Syunik Regional Police Department, Alik Maminyan, the head of the Syunik Regional Investigative Department, Margaryan, and the head of the Kapan Police Division, Davtyan, arrived at the scene. The police and the investigative division are undertaking necessary operational-investigative and collaborative actions to identify the perpetrator and recover the weapon-like object.
