Major Car Accident in Ararat Province: Two Nissan Tiidas and a Suzuki Collide, Injuries Reported

On August 17, a major car accident occurred in Ararat Province. Around 19:00, in an area of the Yerevan-Eraskh highway at the 29 km mark, a collision took place between Suzuki and Nissan Tiida vehicles under unknown circumstances.

According to reports from the scene, three individuals were taken to the Artashat Medical Center with bodily injuries. Emergency services from the Ministry of Emergency Situations arrived promptly, with a firefighting and rescue squad from Artashat responding with one operational unit.

The rescuers disconnected the vehicle batteries, secured the gas cylinders, and cordoned off the area.

The police are currently investigating the identities of the drivers and the injured.
