Three Cars Collide Near Yerevan's Northern Bus Station: One Injured

On August 12, at 14:17, the Kotayk regional crisis management center received a call reporting a traffic accident near Yerevan's Northern Bus Station involving three cars.

A firefighting team from the emergency situations ministry's rescue department in Yerevan was dispatched to the scene.

It was determined that the vehicles involved in the collision were an 'Opel Zafira' (driver: A. T.), a 'Hyundai Elantra' (driver: A. B.), and a 'Volkswagen Golf' (driver: A. M.).

Rescue workers provided first aid to R. A., a passenger in the 'Volkswagen Golf,' at the scene and then brought them to an ambulance. The injured individual was hospitalized at Armenia Medical Center.

The rescuers also disconnected the batteries of the vehicles and turned off the gas cylinder valves.
