VIDEO: Major Car Accident in Kotayk Region – Collision Between a ‘Yashik’ and a Ford Loaded with Eggplants

Today, on August 6, a major car accident occurred in the Kotayk region. Around 1:00 PM, vehicles Mercedes G 55 and Ford Transit collided on the 15 km section of the Yerevan-Ashtarak highway.

According to Shamshyan.com, as a result of the accident, the Ford Transit, which was loaded with eggplants, overturned.

Those gathered at the scene reported that the first to provide assistance to the injured was Junior Police Officer Henrik Hovhannisyan from the 1st Battalion of Yerevan's Patrol Service, who was traveling to Talin for work at the time. He, along with his friends, also helped to turn the overturned vehicle back upright and move it to a safe location.

Materials are being prepared regarding the incident. The police are investigating the identities of the drivers and the injured.
