Anarchy in the Enforcement Service: Contest Candidate Assaulted an Employee

According to the "Joghout" newspaper, there is anarchy in the Enforcement Service. Specifically, an internal competition was held on July 14 for the positions of department heads to ensure that only their preferred candidates could participate. Only the current deputy heads of those positions were allowed to take part, excluding any outsiders.

Moreover, a candidate competing for the position of head of the auction department is currently under investigation for assaulting an employee of the enforcement service. This ‘hero’ is the husband of the friend of the chief enforcement officer, Sergey Meghryan's wife.

What kind of impunity exists in the Enforcement Service? To obtain more information, we reached out to the Enforcement Service, where the press secretary of the enforcement assurance service, Varduhi Petrosyan, stated, “The mentioned incident occurred between two employees of the service; however, it was not an assault, but rather an argument and dispute, for which an internal investigation has been initiated. The information that the candidate of this competition has any personal connection with the Chief Enforcement Officer is not true.”
