Video: Explosion Rocks Hotel in Gelendzhik

An explosion caused by domestic gas occurred at one of the hotels in Gelendzhik, as reported by emergency services in the Krasnodar region to RIA Novosti.

“According to preliminary data, 4 people were injured, one of whom has died,” a source from the agency stated. Later, an additional injured person was rescued from the rubble.

The incident took place in the kitchen of the four-story private hotel “Azaria.” Rescuers have evacuated about 50 people.
