BMW Car Catches Fire at Abovyan Auto Repair Station

On July 12, at 08:46, a call was received by the Kotayk regional crisis management center reporting smoke billowing from an auto repair station on Kotayk Street, as stated by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia.

A firefighting unit from the regional rescue department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations was dispatched to the scene.

It was determined that a vehicle was on fire at the auto repair station.

The fire was contained by 08:58 and extinguished by 09:10. The engine compartment of a BMW car, part of the dashboard, and approximately 70 square meters of thermal insulation of the repair station's roof were damaged in the incident.
