BMWs Collide on Baghramyan Avenue: Casualties Reported

A traffic accident occurred near building number 3 on Baghramyan Avenue in Yerevan, resulting in casualties. The information was reported by the press service of Armenia's Ministry of Emergency Situations.

It was noted that on July 9 at 01:06, the Crisis Management National Center received information that two vehicles had crashed, with one victim trapped. Emergency responders dispatched a firefighting unit from the Yerevan Rescue Department and a rescue team from the Special Rescue Operations Center.

It was determined that the vehicles involved were a BMW 530 and a BMW 3 (driver: R.A.). Before the arrival of the rescuers, the passenger of the BMW 530 was hospitalized at Heratsi Number 1 Medical Center.

The rescuers extracted the driver of the BMW 530 from the vehicle and brought him to the ambulance, where he was also hospitalized at Heratsi Number 1 Medical Center. The rescuers disconnected the batteries of the vehicles and closed the gas cylinder valves.
