Son Stabs Mother During Argument in Yerevan

On July 7, at 08:15, the police department of Shengavit received a report from a hospital that an emergency medical team had transported a woman with knife wounds. The responding operational group revealed that during a dispute, the woman's 67-year-old son stabbed her, according to the police news service.

A forensic examination has been appointed. Thanks to the joint efforts of the police patrol service and officers from the Charbakh department, the 35-year-old son was located on Teryan Street and taken into custody on suspicion of causing bodily harm. He has been arrested.

An investigation is underway.
