Emergency Incident in Yerevan: Driver's Health Deteriorates While Driving, Residents Criticize Ambulance Response Time
Today, on July 8, an emergency incident occurred in Yerevan. Several citizens reported to SHAMSHYAN.com that they had called the Yerevan 1-03 ambulance center several times, requesting the medical team to come to Moldovan Street, where the driver's health had deteriorated while driving.
According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, while waiting for the ambulance team to arrive, the police patrol officers from the Yerevan police were on enhanced duty at the scene. Eventually, two ambulances arrived at once and, with the help of citizens and police officers, the man was transported to the hospital.
Officials from the Yerevan 1-03 ambulance center informed the photojournalist that the medical team reached the location 14 minutes after the call and denied that the medical team was late, while the citizens insisted otherwise.
