SPORT: The Armenian National Team Defeats Azerbaijan

The Armenian tennis team competed against Azerbaijan's team in the 4th group of the Davis Cup taking place in the capital of North Macedonia, Skopje. In the singles match, in the first duel, Sedrak Khachatryan secured a victory over Elvin Hashimov with scores of 6-3, 6-0. In another match, Mikael Avetisyan lost to Tamerlan Azizov in two sets.

In the doubles match, the pair of Sedrak Khachatryan and Henrik Nikoghosyan triumphed against the duo of Hashimov and Azizov. The Armenian team won the match with a score of 2-1. In the next round, our tennis players will face Montenegro.
