Prosecutor in October 27 Case Files Criminal Report Against Pashinyan
The newspaper "Hraparak" reports: "During the war, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan deliberately committed actions that assisted the Republic of Azerbaijan, resulting in the return of territories previously liberated by the Armenian armed forces, which are part of the territorial integrity of the Republic of Artsakh, under Azerbaijan's control, including the Hadrut region and the city of Shushi." This conclusion was reached by Hakob Martirosyan, a prosecutor in the October 27 case with over two decades of experience, who is now engaged in legal practice.
Martirosyan has spent several months studying pre-war and wartime events and has concluded that Pashinyan has allegedly committed a particularly serious crime of treason, and that a case should be initiated against him under Article 299 of the Criminal Code and the article on exceeding authority. The studies he conducted have become the basis for sending a report of the crime to the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia, triggered by recent threats made by Pashinyan regarding civil war, vendetta, and, as Martirosyan states, revenge for blood. He believes that the Prosecutor General's office will act on his application because the arguments are based on a solid legal foundation.
