Former member of the Yerevan City Council Arsen Karapetyan wrote: “I personally heard how Karen Demirchyan said at Opera Square: 'Can you believe it, I can take Nagorno-Karabakh out of my pocket and give it to you.' I remembered this during Levon's interview yesterday. I wanted to say something related to this, but I forgot what it was, and it doesn’t really matter.”
